A Book of Illustrated Letters, Film Posters, and Fatherhood

Dear Bernadette is part film diary, part love letter to my daughter. It began during the first year of her life, as a series of illustrated essays reflecting on the movies I watched and the comedians I worked with while adjusting to new fatherhood. Each chapter is addressed to her in the future—when she’s old enough to understand the world, and old enough to roll her eyes at her dad’s opinions.
